Pet Policy

At Brighton Place, we love your pets just as much as you do! Because of that, Brighton Place is not just a pet-friendly property, but a pet-enthusiastic property. Your pets will find just as inviting a home here as you will.

However, certain breed restrictions apply:

Dogs of a class with known vicious or aggressive propensity shall not be permitted as pets. Examples of these breeds (but not exclusive): Pit Bulls, Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepards, Doberman Pinschers, Chow Chows, Akitas, Huskies

With many local park, your dogs will have plenty of room to run around and play. With our outdoor common areas, your dogs will always feel right at home.
